Job DetailsSalary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 SalaryWe're looking for an experienced and licensed Structural Engineer (PE) in California to join our team and lead the design of residential, multifamily, and commercial building projects. In this role, you'll provide technical expertise, solve complex design challenges, and manage project phases from concept through construction.
QualificationsWhat You'll Do
Design structural systems for residential and multifamily projects
Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and engineering reports
Review and resolve design and construction-related issues
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
Participate in site visits and construction support activities
Ensure projects comply with applicable California building codes and engineering standards
Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverable deadlines
Required Qualifications
California Professional Engineer (PE) license
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
3+ years of structural engineering experience
Experience with wood-frame construction
Proficiency with structural design software, AutoCAD, and/or Revit
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
SE license
Multifamily project experience
Wood shear wall design experience
Project management experience
Engineer of Record experience
