This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain outdoor areas (mowing, trimming, snow removal, salting)
Operate lawn and snow equipment
Perform minor repairs (light bulbs, paint touch-ups)
Monitor parking areas and enforce policies
Cover front desk and provide lunch coverage as scheduled
Screen visitors, verify IDs, and maintain logs
Assist with patient transport (valid driver’s license required)
Conduct security checks and respond to emergency codes
Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
Answer and direct calls; manage paging and emergency announcements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Maintenance, security, or healthcare experience a plus
