BryLin Hospital is looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Infection Prevention and Employee Health programs. What You'll Do
Oversee and advance infection prevention and control practices throughout the hospital
Manage employee health services, including immunizations, exposure follow-up, health assessments, and compliance monitoring
Investigate infectious disease exposures and outbreaks
Educate and support staff on best practices for workplace safety and infection prevention
Develop policies, lead committees, conduct surveillance, and help ensure regulatory readiness
Collaborate with nursing leadership, medical staff, Human Resources, Quality Improvement, and Environmental Services teams
What We're Looking For
Current NYS RN License
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required (Master's preferred)
Current BLS Certification
5+ years of Occupational Health, Employee Health, Infection Prevention, or related nursing experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
