About this role
Maintenance Director needed at Adara Living, Broomfield CO. General job responsibilities include:
- A general understanding for the repair and maintenance of serviceable machinery
- Ensuring that Maintenance schedules are followed as outlined
- a general knowledge of fire and safety procedures/protocols
- performing routine maintenance and repair on facility grounds
- Service and maintenance of facility heat and air conditioning units, equipment, and any and all other duties as directed by the NHA.
