Job DetailsJob Location: Fayetteville, NC 28304Salary Range: $15.00 HourlyBrock Cabinets is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Design Support Associate to provide administrative and workflow support to our design team. This entry-level, office-based position offers the opportunity to build industry knowledge while helping manage cabinet orders and specifications for our builder accounts.

The Design Support Associate will work with established cabinet plans, process builder revision requests, track projects through internal systems, and ensure drawings and information reach the appropriate teams. The position focuses on supporting, revising, and coordinating established cabinet plans rather than developing original design concepts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, computer-based work, and being an important part of the process that keeps projects moving accurately and efficiently. No prior cabinet-design experience is required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Access builder portals to retrieve cabinet plans, project information, and revision requests.
Review pre-made cabinet layouts and builder instructions for accuracy and completeness.
Update existing drawings in 2020 Design according to requested revisions and established guidelines.
Track project status, updates, deadlines, and outstanding items in Monday.com.
Route completed project information to the appropriate department for data entry and processing.
Send completed drawings and supporting information to Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).
Maintain organized digital files, project records, plans, and related documentation.
Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and assist with resolving them.
Communicate with builders, FSRs, design team members, and other departments to keep projects moving forward.
Follow established builder requirements, internal procedures, and project deadlines.
Manage a consistent volume of detailed and repetitive work with accuracy.
Provide additional administrative support to the design department as needed.

QualificationsQualifications and Requirements

Comfortable working in an office environment and using a computer throughout the workday.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability and willingness to learn Monday.com, 2020 Design, builder portals, and other internal systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable following structured processes and performing repetitive tasks consistently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Previous administrative, data-entry, coordination, or office experience is helpful but not required.
No prior cabinet-design experience is required; training will be provided.
Must be comfortable with repetitive work, as the position involves processing a high volume of cabinet orders.
