Requirements:
2+ years experience as Assistant Manager or Key Holder in fashion or luxury retail
Demonstrated leadership experience guiding teams and partners toward shared goals and successful outcomes
Experienced in selling high‑end merchandise with a focus on exceptional customer service
Proven ability to create genuine customer connections and drive sales through confident, relationship‑based selling is essential
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Comfortable using social media and recruitment platforms
