About this role
Bridgeway Academy is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant-Receptionist who will greet and direct visitors at our school location 1350 Alum Creek Dr. Columbus, OH 43209 for an 6 hour shift between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday.
Job responsibilities:
Answering phones and redirecting callers, taking messages and/or answering questions
Providing access to visitors based on Bridgeway’s security policies
Sorting mail, distributing documents and deliveries
Assist the business office in administrative task
Ensure reception area is clean and presentable and always attended
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast paced school environment
Reliable transportation
Good written and technical skills in microsoft, google suite, and HIPAA compliance
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED with prior experience working as a Receptionist in a medical office or childcare environment preferred. EOE
