About this role

Bridgeway Academy is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant-Receptionist who will greet and  direct visitors at our school location 1350 Alum Creek Dr. Columbus, OH 43209 for an 6 hour shift between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday

Job responsibilities: 

  • Answering phones and redirecting callers, taking messages and/or answering questions

  • Providing access to visitors based on Bridgeway’s security policies

  • Sorting mail, distributing documents and deliveries

  • Assist the business office in administrative task

  • Ensure reception area is clean and presentable and always attended

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced school environment

  • Reliable transportation

  • Good written and technical skills in microsoft, google suite, and HIPAA compliance

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have  a high school diploma or GED with prior experience working as a Receptionist in a medical office or childcare environment preferred. EOE
