Traveling Hotel Cooks - $21/hr | Task Force
Pay: $21.00/hour Location: Anchorage, AK

We are hiring experienced Cooks for a hotel Task Force assignment in Alaska.
We need culinary professionals who can step into a professional kitchen, learn the operation quickly, and get to work.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
- Work grill, sauté, fry, prep, or other assigned stations
- Set up and maintain your station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain proper food temperatures
- Support banquet and hotel culinary operations as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Professional cooking experience required
- Hotel, banquet, restaurant, or high-volume culinary experience preferred
- Strong basic culinary and knife skills
- Comfortable traveling for work
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new kitchen
