Cook Needed in Kingston, NY at a local hospital
Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiring Cooks to join our growing team! If you have a passion for preparing great food, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in serving high-quality meals, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards
- Ensure meals are served fresh, at the proper temperature, and with correct portions
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and storing food and supplies
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs
- Work closely with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional dining experience
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of cooking experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Food Handler's Permit
- Reliable, dependable, and a team player with a positive attitude
