Senior Software Engineer (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to help build and scale the core systems that power Brellium’s AI-driven medical review platform. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work on complex, ambiguous engineering challenges that directly improve the quality and safety of patient care across the U.S.

You should be someone who has solved hairy technical problems before and is excited to solve them faster, at scale, and with more ownership. The ideal profile is someone who has worked in a scaling, high growth B2B start-ups.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design and build highly scalable, fault-tolerant AWS-based systems that can keep pace with Brellium’s rapid customer and data growth.

Implement AI-powered workflows to automate and optimize clinical data processing across thousands of providers.

Mentor and level up junior engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on technical leadership.

Work closely with product to translate business problems into simple, effective system designs that raise the bar on quality and speed.
