About the Role:

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships while driving equipment sales across your assigned territory.

Representing a diverse portfolio of industry-leading products, you will work closely with farmers, contractors and commercial operators to identify opportunities and deliver equipment solutions that support their success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing an assigned sales territory.
  • Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Promoting and selling John Deere and other equipment solutions.
  • Conducting customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term customer partnerships.
  • Achieving sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and territory information.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Supporting customer events, demonstrations, and industry functions.
  • Working collaboratively with Parts, Service, and Branch teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About you:

  • Previous sales experience preferred but not essential, on the job training and support provided.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering results.
  • An interest in equipment and machinery solutions.
  • A valid driver's licence.
