Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  
• Safely and timely transports customers to and from required destinations.
  
• Assisting customers with entering and exiting in and out of vehicles.
  
• Organizing and cleaning the drive-thru area and the shop.
  
• Executing a timely shuttle route.
  
• Assist with cleaning vehicles.
• Maintaining a record of trips, including names of passengers and destinations or pick-up points.
  
• Informing the Dispatcher or Service Manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
  
• Maintaining current knowledge of dealership information to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
  
• Assist with moving and storing tires during seasonal changes
  
• Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
  
• Able to do heavy lifting on occasion.
  
• Must have a valid Ontario G Driver's License and good driving record.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills are required.
  
• Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  
• Customer service experience is an asset.
  
• Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
  
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
