As a Project Engineer for Healthcare Data Modelling, you will fill our data ecosystem with life and create solutions together with our cross-functional teams and customers. You will be part of a growing interdisciplinary team that creates a patient-privacy-centered ecosystem for data-driven healthcare and rethinks all aspects from data capture and visualization to analysis. You will play a central role in a variety of projects focused on understanding client needs, and for example define data collection protocols, and develop FHIR questionnaires. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and apply agile methodologies to drive project success.
Job Description
- Work directly with clients to identify and document specific project requirements
- Conduct workshops and meetings to understand and define the client's needs and objectives
- Define protocols for data collection, including developing and implementing efficient methods and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and interoperability requirements
- Design complete FHIR-based data pipelines, including creation and customization of questionnaires
- Develop concepts for integrating questionnaires and data models into existing client IT infrastructures
- Apply healthcare terminologies (FHIR, DICOM, SNOMED, LOINC) to ensure interoperability and standardization of healthcare data (training and familiarization can be provided if required)
Qualifications
- Completed training in the medical field, health/medical informatics, digital health, computer science, data science or comparable qualification (University degree is not necessarily required)
- Skills and knowledge in the area of data engineering, data analytics or software engineering, with special emphasis on healthcare terminologies are a plus
- Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and strategies
- Analytical mindset and creativity to develop reliable solutions
- A well-organized, efficient and clearly structured work style
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English and German
- Knowledge in product & requirements management
