GENERAL SUMMARY: The BODYBAR Pilates Studio Manager (SM) is responsible for achieving sales targets through management of studio staff and membership operations. This individual is responsible for the implementation of the studio’s sales process and member retention strategies, trains and manages the sales team, and serves as the face of the brand both in and out of the studio. The role requires someone with sales, management, and leadership experience. Boutique fitness experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through implementation of BODYBAR Pilates Lone Tree sales process designed to preserve monthly membership draft
- Preserve product mix and established monthly rates; collect any outstanding dues
- Retention of existing and new memberships to increase loyalty and drive member referrals
- Self- generate leads via grassroots marketing, community outreach, events, word-of-mouth, social media, digital marketing, partnerships, and member referrals
- Coordinate, schedule, and participate in local networking and community events, in-studio events, and Studio promotions
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise sales staff
- Evaluate performance of sales staff and instruct on methods of improvement
- Coordinate with retail vendors to ensure retail product is stocked and merchandised to brand standards
- Management of client base, including handling of Studio emails, social messaging platforms, and other forms of communication.
- Develop and implement member acquisition and retention strategies
- Create community at the studio through engagement with members before and after class
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio
- Manage inventory and organization of all administrative supplies and forms
- Deliver daily results recap
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience
- Minimum of 1 year management experience (in fitness or related field a plus)
- Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales quotas
- Adept in self-generating leads via community outreach, in-person networking, events, partnerships, and referrals
- Excellent communication skills specifically in-person, group events, and over the phone
- Highly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
- Proficient with client management software
- Proficient with Google Suites including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar, Gmail
- Proficient in the learning and use of new technologies (Club Ready or MarianaTek experience a plus)
- Passionate about fitness
- Excited about reformer Pilates
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and/or after hours as schedule demands (specifically during Presales, Founders Week, and near Open)

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the growth, culture, and strategic priorities of BODYBAR. Recommended Full Time Exempt Position.
