Responsibilities
Quick-Lane Services: Perform high-quality, fast-paced routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
Multi-Point Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and report potential maintenance or safety repair needs.
Battery & Tire Care: Test, jump-start, and replace batteries, alongside performing professional tire repairs, mounting, and balancing.
Efficiency & Pace: Maintain a productive workflow to ensure guest vehicles are serviced accurately within promised timeframes.
Bay Maintenance: Keep your tools organized and workspace clean, strictly adhering to all dealership and OSHA safety protocols.
Clear Documentation: Accurately log all work performed and parts used, communicating seamlessly with Service Advisors.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ lube technician or express tech experience at a dealership is preferred
Tools: Must possess a basic set of tools (or a strong willingness to acquire them).
Age & License: 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean, solid driving history.
Physical Stamina: Able to comfortably perform the physical duties required in a high-volume, fast-paced shop.
Attitude: A track record of punctuality, and a team-player attitude.
