BOA Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. is a legal branch established by BOA Technology Inc. in China, responsible for the liaison and management of the company's OEM and suppliers, technical support for all cooperative brand factories and solving quality problems, as well as the marketing and sales of the entire Greater China.
Overview of Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Excellence Manager, this role supports Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across global contract manufacturing partners. The role combines manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, standard labor management, KPI governance, Power BI dashboard development, factory audits, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
Core Responsibilities
• Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Manufacturing Excellence team and rest of the organization
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs across contract manufacturing partners.
• Maintain and validate standard labor hours through time studies, work measurement and labor benchmarking activities.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Excellence KPI dashboards and reporting systems.
• Build automated reporting solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 Copilot tools where applicable.
• Perform in-depth analysis of manufacturing efficiency, labor productivity and operating cost data.
• Support manufacturing process audits, process mapping, and operational assessments.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence or Manufacturing Analytics.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical capability and relevant project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites within China as business requires.
Desired Qualifications
• Lean & Six Sigma Black or Green Belt background
• Project Management experience is a plus.
