What You'll Be Doing as a Service Plumber:
- Running residential service calls and diagnosing plumbing issues with confidence
- Presenting clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Repairing and replacing water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Handling drain cleaning, sewer issues, leak detection, and general plumbing repairs
- Completing repipes, top-outs, fixture replacements, and system upgrades
- Maintaining a clean, organized truck and job site
- Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience every time

Requirements
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Active TSBPE license required — Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to present options
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Someone who wants to grow, not just collect a paycheck
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
