About this role
About the Company:
The company is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labor.
As enterprise AI moves from experimentation into production, the biggest challenge is increasingly how AI work actually runs inside organisations, alongside humans, legacy systems, outsourced teams, compliance requirements, and operational constraints.
The company helps regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers. These workers can interpret inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across multiple systems, apply policies, request approvals when required, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability.
The technology is designed for complex, legacy-heavy environments where critical work often spans SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, policy systems, loan systems, claims platforms, payment platforms, and bespoke internal software.
The company already has customers running the product in production and has experienced strong market demand. Following an initial period of founder-led growth, it is now building a commercial team to establish a repeatable enterprise go-to-market engine.
The Role:
The company is hiring a Sales Development Representative to help build and scale its outbound sales motion across Europe and the Americas.
This is a foundational sales role with significant ownership. The successful candidate will identify high-potential enterprise accounts, engage senior buyers, and create qualified opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives.
The role goes beyond simply booking meetings. It requires helping senior operators, transformation leaders, CIOs, and AI leaders understand the challenges of deploying AI in complex enterprise environments and why existing automation approaches may not be sufficient.
The SDR will work closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and senior leadership. Their work will directly contribute to how the company enters new accounts, learns from the market, and builds a repeatable enterprise sales engine.
What you will do:
Own outbound prospecting into high-potential enterprise accounts across financial services, fintech, lending, insurance, and other regulated industries.
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to prioritise accounts based on fit, urgency, operational complexity, buying signals, and strategic value.
Generate qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach, including cold calling, personalised email, LinkedIn, event follow-up, and account-based campaigns.
Research target accounts to understand their operating model, transformation priorities, technology landscape, AI initiatives, and potential use cases.
Engage senior stakeholders including COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, Heads of Transformation, Customer Operations leaders, and AI leaders.
Act as one of the first human touchpoints with prospective customers, representing the company with clarity, credibility, and commercial sharpness.
Use AI-powered workflows and sales tools for research, enrichment, sequencing, signal monitoring, and account prioritisation.
Develop strong knowledge of enterprise AI, regulated operations, and the limitations of approaches such as RPA, workflow automation, process mining, BPOs, and internal AI builds.
Work with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to test messaging and identify narratives that resonate across different personas and verticals.
Share market and prospect insights with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships.
Contribute to the development of the SDR playbook, including account selection, outbound messaging, qualification criteria, objection handling, and meeting handoff.
Develop the fundamentals of enterprise sales, including discovery, qualification, stakeholder mapping, understanding business pain, objection handling, and account strategy.
What the company is looking for:
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, commercial roles, recruiting, consulting, customer-facing roles, or another high-agency environment.
Strong ambition to build a career in enterprise sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior audiences.
Strong curiosity about AI, enterprise software, financial services, operations, and how large organisations operate.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn. The successful candidate should not be afraid of cold calling and should understand that effective outreach requires both creativity and discipline.
Strong research skills and the ability to turn public information, company signals, job postings, annual reports, and buyer context into relevant outreach.
An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to help build processes and playbooks from the ground up.
Interest in AI-assisted sales workflows. Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is advantageous.
Good commercial judgement, with the ability to understand why an account matters, what a buyer may care about, and when a conversation is worth pursuing.
Resilience and coachability, with a willingness to seek feedback and iterate quickly.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on pipeline generation, quality conversations, progression, and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of professional communication: clear, specific, relevant, and credible rather than overly promotional.
Why join?
Help build the outbound sales motion for a new category of enterprise AI.

Gain exposure to one of the most significant shifts in enterprise software: AI moving from experimentation towards operational execution.
Help regulated enterprises understand how AI can redesign complex operational work, rather than simply automate individual tasks.

Operate in a high-ownership environment with strong visibility and meaningful equity upside.
