We are supporting an American company that is launching its operations in Brazil in the search for its first local technology leader.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building. You will be the main technology reference for the Brazilian operation, connecting global platforms, local systems, and critical business processes.

A role with real autonomy, direct exposure to executive leadership, and a meaningful impact on building the company in Brazil.

The Challenge

You will be responsible for structuring the technology architecture that will support the Brazilian operation, ensuring seamless integration between international platforms and the local ecosystem of payments, tax, logistics, and customer service.

We are looking for someone who combines architectural vision with strong execution capabilities, and who is comfortable operating in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrations between global systems and Brazilian platforms.

• Structure payment, billing, and digital operations flows.

• Ensure synchronization between e-commerce, operations, and internal systems.

• Act as the primary technical owner for the Brazilian operation.

• Work closely with international product and engineering teams.

• Implement technology processes, tools, and infrastructure.

• Support the evolution and scalability of the digital operation.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with systems integrations, APIs, and solution architecture.

• Hands-on experience with payment solutions, tax invoicing, ERPs, and systems commonly used in Brazil.

• Experience with digital platforms and e-commerce.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with high autonomy and strong ownership.

• Ability to operate across both strategy and execution.

• Fluent English for daily interaction with international teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS or modern cloud environments.

• Experience building operations or teams from the ground up.

• Experience in businesses combining physical and digital operations.

• Background in international companies or multicultural environments.
