The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.

We're offering a sign on bonus for HVAC Service Technicians of $3,000 split into 3 payout sessions:
1st payout- $1,000 after first 60 days of tenure
2nd payout- $1,000 after 6 months of tenure
3rd payout- $1,000 after 1 year of tenure
QualificationsJob Requirements
3+ years of HVAC Service experience
Pre-employment background check
Pre-employment drug screen
Valid drivers license
Have and maintain a clean driving record
