We are searching for a highly motivated Shift Leads who are looking to partner with a top-notch team and make a major impact on a company experiencing explosive growth in Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. Our motto, "Do good by eating well" plays out in the company's mission of all-natural chicken, unexpected hospitality and 1% back into communities.  Our Shift Leads assist the management team with running the daily operations of the restaurant.  They will be the face of Birdcall and be responsible for maintaining the standards of the company and exude the core values Birdcall: Privileged to Grow, Purposeful Technology, From Coop to Community and Making Every Moment Matter.
