BiltOn is a leading start-up company in the field of Construction Tech that develops and implements systems for managing construction sites in the field of safety and quality. The system provides control for managers and makes the information accessible in real time.
We are growing at a fast pace and we are looking for a Support associate.
In our Support team there is no typical day, and to be successful in the Support Associate role you will need to be self-motivated, creative and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to be able to support our customers and Partners.
Location: Ramat Gan
Job scope: Sunday-Thursday 9:00-18:00 (with availability for at least 1 morning shift - 7:00-15:00).
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist users via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email - guiding them through the platform, answering "how-to" questions, and ensuring a standout customer experience.
Apply strong technical intuition to isolate root causes when issues arise and resolve application-level challenges.
Manage day-to-day platform operations, including user management, site setup, and report generation.
Partner closely with Product, Development, and Customer Success Managers to escalate bugs, share user feedback, and drive issue resolution.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a Customer Service / Support role - Must
Excellent written communication skills, fast typing speed, and strong attention to detail
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) – Strong Advantage
Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken) – Must
Strong team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
Creative problem-solver with a strong "can-do" attitude, ownership, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment
