What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Crush the Diagnostics: Dive into complex mechanical, electrical, and computer issues using advanced scan tools to find the root cause fast.
- Keep Things Moving: Perform everything from routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs) to major system overhauls (steering, suspension, and HVAC).
- Quality First: Test-drive your repairs and use your sharp eye to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop running flawlessly and safely.
- Stay Organized: Log your work accurately in our digital service management software and keep a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
What You Bring to the Team (Skills & Qualifications)
- Passion for the Craft: A deep understanding of automotive systems and a genuine love for troubleshooting and fixing cars.
- A Team Player Attitude: Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with our service advisors.
- Physical Stamina: The energy to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a professional shop environment.
- Certifications: ASE certifications (A1-A8) or trade school training are a huge plus!
- The Essentials: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own reliable set of automotive hand/air tools.
