Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Casa del Rio, a small property located in Peoria, AZ. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents by providing property tours and answering questions about available units.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of leasing policies, procedures, and community amenities.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work weekends as required to accommodate resident needs and property events.
• Support property management with administrative tasks related to leasing and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a leasing consultant or in a related customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with small property management is a plus.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
