Leading Brands Operations Intern

To gain working experience in the daily operations of a quick service or casual dining restaurant under supervision within a restaurant. • Assists with the daily operations of a restaurant, from opening to closing • Works across all sections within a restaurant • Supervises a team on duty, motivates and leads • On the job training and coaching individuals and teams • Manage inventory, ordering and issuing of stock • Maintains operational standards within restaurants, and provides detailed feedback on findings • Protects brand integrity via compliance • Customer facing, interacts and deals with queries and complaints

• Minimum tertiary food related service qualification (e.g. Hospitality)

• Matric mandatory
