  • Maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools
  • Completing service documentation
  • Demonstrating equipment for customer use
  • Providing quality customer service
  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications or Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Currently registered or willing to pursue a Heavy Equipment Service Technician License and at least 1- 3 years of related experience
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical knowledge with various engines and hydraulic systems and understanding of schematics and diagrams 
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
  • Experience in customer service
  • Have a good understanding of schematics and diagrams
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills including verbal and written skills 
  • Knowledge of equipment from brands such as Skyjack, JLG and Genie is an asset
  • Preferably a 421A or 310 T Level 2 or above 
  • Bring own tools for the role

Pay ranges provided may be adjusted outside communicated range based on a number of reasons including geography, skill level and experience.   Individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.  Management reserves the right to determine any bonus payment.
