Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a Store Service Assistant to join our team in the Watch Department.
Job Summary:
The Store Service Assistant – Watches plays a key role in supporting the Watch Buying team and store service communication. This position is responsible for coordinating activities that support merchandise execution, inventory management, vendor communication, and store operations. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Watch Buyers, Distribution teams, Store Leadership and Associates, and Brand Partners to ensure seamless execution of business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional service to internal and external partners.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assigned to Assistant Watch Buyer and Sr. Assistant Watch Buyer (all brands assigned)
- Responsible for all item creation templates for offshore team and PLU creation
- Manage shared department email inbox (WatchDept.) by responding to all inquiries within 24 hours
- Responsible for managing merchandise audits (all brands assigned)
- Support Inventory Control, stock balancing, merchandise returns
- Work with Buying Team to resolve inquiries as needed
- Resolve AP inquiries (Invoice/RTV) working w/Buying Team as needed
- Place all special orders and follow up with store and buying team with all status and tracking
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred
- Knowledge of retail math, as is proficiency with Word processing and Excel software
- Extensive watch brand knowledge and project management skills are preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to multitasking and prioritize competing deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with a service-first mindset
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical & logical thinking ability
- Proficiency in relevant technology platforms, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite; experience with Microsoft D365 preferred
Working Standards:
- Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs
- In-office required 5 days per week
Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
