Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler/Receiver to join our high-performing 1300 Inventory Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, stocking, transporting, and organizing materials that keep our production lines running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on material handling, forklift, inventory, or receiving experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a vital part in ensuring materials are safely handled, accurately tracked, and delivered where they are needed to support production.

What You’ll Do

Receive and stock incoming materials, ensuring all items are labeled, stored, and tracked accurately.
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment throughout the facility.
Deliver materials and parts to production areas to support workflow and prevent delays.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy checks.
Respond to inquiries regarding inventory availability and location.
Collect purchase orders and packing slips at delivery and ensure proper documentation flow.
Work with vendors to manage backorders and resolve defective material issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and inventory area, following PPE and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure product flow.

QualificationsWhat You Bring

2+ years of receiving and inventory experience is preferred. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing training for the right candidate.
Forklift operation experience preferred – certification is provided.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of inventory management software.
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
