Job Description

  • Troubleshooter and Repairer of malfunctioning robotic cells.
  • Trainer of robot troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Troubleshooter and Repairer of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Significant Contributor to new automation projects.
  • Increase uptime of all robotic cells.
  • Grow maintenance team robotic skills.
  • Improve automation project success.
  • Drive 5S improvements in Maintenance areas.
  • Drive ongoing improvement in safety performance.
  • Maintain inventory of robot cell spare parts.
  • Identify potential or impending failures and implement effective preventive countermeasures.
  • Participate in all automation projects with a focus on maintainability and reliability of new systems.
  • Willingly support rapid return-to-service plans whenever called upon.
  • Maintain one or more 5S areas as assigned and push continuous improvement in those areas.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in direct support of production robotic cells.
  • Expert ability to interface with, understand, and improve automation control programs.
  • Extensive experience with and knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical components and repair techniques.
  • Demonstrated make-it-happen attitude.
  • Proven ability and willingness to effectively train others.
  • Must be able to interpret hydraulic and electric diagrams and schematics.
