About this role

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager on the AI Lifecycle Solutions team at BCBST!
In this role, you will help drive the execution of BCBST's AI-enabled software development strategy by serving as the connective tissue between engineering leaders, application development teams, business stakeholders, and AI engineering teams. Rather than managing a traditional product, you will help define, prioritize, and operationalize the capabilities, workflows, tools, and agentic solutions that enable teams across the enterprise to adopt AI as a standard part of software delivery. You will work closely with technology leaders, architects, developers, testers, and AI engineers to understand current SDLC practices, identify opportunities for AI enablement, translate business and technical needs into a prioritized roadmap and backlog, and measure the value and outcomes delivered through AI-driven capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how AI transforms software delivery at scale across BCBST.
To be successful in this role, in addition to the core job requirements, you'll bring a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering practices, and emerging AI-enabled development methodologies. You will be a strong candidate if you have experience building or implementing agentic workflows, hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, or similar AI platforms, and a proven ability to manage portfolios that span multiple products, applications, and teams. Ideal candidates will also bring knowledge of modern development technologies and coding practices, including .NET, Java, and Python, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills. The ability to bridge business and technical audiences, influence across diverse teams, and drive measurable outcomes from AI investments is critical for success.
Note:
  • This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on-site in our Chattanooga, TN office.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role.
