Shift: 8 Hour Shifts (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 11:00pm to 7:00am
Hourly Rate of Pay: $30.00 to $35.00

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric clients in community and home care settings.
- Perform health assessments and monitor patients for changes in condition.
- Administer medications, enteral feeds, and treatments within the RPN scope of practice.
- Support children with chronic illnesses, complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, and post-acute care requirements.
- Educate families and caregivers on care plans, medication administration, medical equipment, and disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, schools, and community partners to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Promote infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards. - Foster a supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and developmental well-being of pediatric clients.
Job Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Pediatric, community, home care, or family-centered care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage community-based assignments.
- Proof of negative TB skin test within 1 year
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check
