Basement Systems of Indiana is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and service our waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
Perform scheduled maintenance and service appointments.
Diagnose issues and complete repairs on existing basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space systems.
Educate homeowners on system performance and recommend additional solutions when appropriate.
Build trust with customers through professionalism and outstanding service.
Complete service reports accurately and maintain company equipment and vehicle.
Work safely while following company procedures and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in basements, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting experience.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
Construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
