Job purpose
We are looking for the next Corporate Internal Content Design & Identity Senior Specialist who will support the development and execution of the company’s internal content and corporate identity strategy, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all internal communication touchpoints.
Job description
The position plays a key role in supporting the application and evolution of the Corporate Identity system, ensuring that visual standards, design guidelines, and brand elements are consistently applied across communication materials.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the corporate internal content strategy: contribute to the deployment of the content strategy across all internal touchpoints (intranet, DEMs), ensuring alignment with company priorities and global narratives.
- Support the development and management of the internal editorial content plan: assist in planning and implementing the editorial calendar, coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Monitor internal channels performance: support the tracking of performance, engagement, and KPIs, contributing to reporting activities and identifying insights for improvement.
- Support the application and evolution of the Corporate Identity system: contribute to the correct application of the Corporate Identity and support its ongoing evolution across internal and external touchpoints.
- Ensure visual consistency across corporate materials: help guarantee the correct use of logos, color palettes, typography, layouts, and visual language across all communications, internal & external.
- Support the development of guidelines, templates, and toolkits: contribute to the creation and update of templates, presentations, and design assets for internal use.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies: work with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent and high-quality creative materials.

- External stakeholder management: creative agencies, digital partners, content agencies
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in corporate communications, communications and social media, or digital content management
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Italian
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented and proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively in complex and international environments
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Compensation Package
• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 34.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
• The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies
