The Ecommerce Amazon Analyst is responsible for supporting the growth and management of Barcel USA's Amazon business through listing optimization, content management, pricing accuracy, inventory control, and brand protection initiatives. This role collaborates cross functionally to ensure product visibility, operational excellence, and sales performance across the Amazon marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Listing Management and Content Optimization

Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A Plus Content, and Brand Store pages
Create new item listings prior to launch dates
Create product variations and coordinate virtual multipack and bundle listing creation with the Sparks team
Conduct keyword research to increase organic traffic and improve product rankings
Ensure product detail pages align with brand standards and SEO best practices
Ensure all digital content assets are active and free from restrictions
Manage the product portfolio and provide weekly optimization status reports
Create VIO and BTR orders based on out of stock situations and new item launches
Apply knowledge of the Amazon A9 algorithm, COSMO, and Rufus AI to improve product visibility and search rankings

Pricing and Chargeback Management

Monitor and update Amazon list pricing and submit adjustment requests as necessary
Ensure product offers remain active and featured
Prepare weekly pricing reports and provide recommendations to drive sales growth
Partner with Amazon Vendor Central Customer Success Managers to maintain pricing accuracy and maximize sales performance
Collaborate with internal teams to improve chargeback accuracy and dispute resolution processes
Follow through on secondary dispute outcomes and recovery opportunities

Inventory and Operations Management

Provide weekly out of stock reports and manage listing suppressions as needed
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal stakeholders to prevent stockouts and overstocks
Develop recommendations to optimize Amazon inventory levels and reduce unsellable inventory
Monitor account health and proactively address policy warnings, listing suppressions, and performance notifications
Support operational initiatives that improve fulfillment and customer experience

Brand Protection

Monitor and remove unauthorized marketplace resellers
Track brand protection claims and document repeat violations
Escalate recurring issues to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders
Participate in brand protection training and apply best practices to safeguard company brands

QualificationsQualifications

2 to 3 years of ecommerce experience with a focus on Amazon; CPG or Food Industry experience strongly preferred
Deep expertise in the Amazon ecosystem, including Vendor Central, Retail Analytics, FBA, SIOC, and logistics
Amazon Vendor Central listing management experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop data driven solutions
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and continuously develop expertise
