Join our growing medical practice as a Front Office Specialist! We're looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient service.
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- 36-hour work week

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Process and obtain referrals and authorizations as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily office operations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with insurance verification and referral processes
- Understanding of insurance carrier plans and policy types
- Ability to identify when specialist referrals are required and obtain necessary authorizations
- Excellent spelling, communication, and organizational skills
