Spring Gardens North Ogden is looking for a compassionate, organized, and energetic Memory Care Coordinator to lead our memory care neighborhood. This is a rewarding opportunity to enrich the lives of residents living with memory loss while serving as an important member of our leadership team.

What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate daily memory care programming and resident engagement.
Develop meaningful, person-centered activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with nursing, activities, culinary, and other department leaders to provide exceptional resident care.
Support resident assessments, care planning, and family communication.
Mentor and educate team members on dementia care best practices.
Foster a safe, welcoming, and purposeful environment for residents.

Qualifications
Experience in memory care, assisted living, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for serving seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Knowledge of dementia care is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
