Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Answer questions about menu items, specials, and sports events to enhance guest experience
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Promote specials and upsell menu items to maximize sales
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Salary: Guaranteed $15.00 an hour for tipped positions. This includes hourly rate and tips.

Skills and Qualifications:-

• Previous experience as a server in a high volume full service bar and restaurant.
• Must be a minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
•  Must be TABC and Food Handler certified. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced, high-energy setting
•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of alcohol service and responsible beverage service practices
•  Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
•  Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
•  Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
