Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
