Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar and dining areas as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a hospitality setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol laws, and responsible service practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
