We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and train bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol licensing laws
  • Create and update drink menus, including specialty cocktails and promotions
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of bar operations, drink recipes, and mixology techniques
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., Responsible Service of Alcohol) preferred
