What You'll Do
- Lead all nursing operations within the facility
- Develop, mentor, and support nursing leaders and staff
- Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
- Partner with the Administrator to achieve clinical and operational goals
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
- Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development
What You'll Need
- Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible)
- Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to develop teams and drive clinical outcomes
