Join Our Logistics Team

We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Logistics Technician to support warehouse operations in our manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for moving finished product, raw materials, and supplies throughout the warehouse and production areas while helping ensure accurate inventory transactions, efficient order fulfillment, and a clean, organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating warehouse equipment, working in a fast-paced setting, adapting to changing priorities, and collaborating with team members across shifts and departments.

What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Technician, you will help keep warehouse and production operations running smoothly by:
  • Following all company safety practices, area procedures, and emergency action responsibilities.
  • Moving finished product pallets from warehouse locations to loading docks and staging areas.
  • Loading various types of transport equipment using lift trucks or clamp trucks according to company and customer specifications.
  • Moving raw materials to and from manufacturing areas using truck-mounted RF equipment.
  • Unloading, receiving, and putting away finished products and raw materials.
  • Interpreting pick slips and building customer orders accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Completing required inventory transactions using warehouse systems and RF equipment.
  • Supporting inventory control activities, including physical inventories and daily cycle counts.
  • Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly warehouse and work area.
  • Communicating effectively with coworkers, warehouse team members, production teams, and management.
  • Transitioning work effectively from shift to shift and supporting warehouse team needs.
  • Troubleshooting routine issues that arise during the shift.
  • Completing required virtual and hands-on training.
  • Assisting with training new or existing team members as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited department of education.
  • At least one year of forklift operation experience or warehousing military experience that included forklift operation.
  • Ability to meet all required training expectations outlined in the Skills Matrix and Job Classification Training Plan.
  • Ability to work multiple shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use systems such as Oracle, WMS, Attindas Academy, Microsoft Office, and internet-based training tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of experience in shipping, raw material receiving, line staging, or production put-away.
  • Experience training others to a qualified level in warehouse or logistics tasks.
  • Lift truck certification.
