- Provide superior customer service to our customers via walk-in, phone and email interactions
- Work with technicians in fulfilling parts' needs for repairs
- Provide follow-up to customers on the status of parts orders
- Provide Corporate Parts Manager with feedback on reorder points, parts sales, etc.

Let us know what ya got...
- Prior experience working parts orders (automotive, industrial, construction, etc.) is preferable
- Experience with heavy equipment or forklift parts definitely helps but this can be taught
- Computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, and various vendor portals
- Desire to help our customers and technicians get equipment repaired and running in a timely manner
- Working knowledge of reading schematics, blueprints, etc.
- Willingness to learn and think outside the box
