About this role
We are looking for a Product Growth hire with 2-4 years of experience to own the creator side of Astrocade's dual-sided marketplace. You'll be the counterpart to our player-side growth lead, building the growth function for creators nearly from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing consumer platforms in the world (40M+ users, doubling every 3 months) at a 25-person team backed by Sequoia Capital, Google, and NVIDIA with $100M+ in the bank. We need someone who is equal parts engineer, designer, product manager, and data scientist — a high-agency builder who can vibe code prototypes, run rigorous experiments, and ship features that move metrics. You'll report directly to the CEO and have massive ownership from day one.
What will you be doing?
Own product growth for the creator ecosystem — from first visit to first published game — identifying high-leverage opportunities and shipping experiments that move key metrics
Vibe code your own mockups and prototypes to rapidly test ideas, partnering with front-end engineers to bring winning concepts to production
Analyze data sets, run A/B tests, and translate user behavior into actionable growth strategies for creator acquisition and engagement
Work directly with creators in the 60, 000+ Discord community, gathering feedback and translating it into feature iterations
Collaborate across the entire team (engineering, design, data) to shape the product roadmap and build the growth function that scales with the platform
