JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain OTT, media encoding/transcoding, and broadcast platform services.
  • Ensure the quality and availability of audio, video, transport stream, and network services.
  • Investigate system faults, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Respond to incidents and service interruptions within agreed service levels.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and platform enhancements.
  • Generate operational and performance reports and recommend service improvements.
  • Maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and technical records.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in project implementation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
  • Support 24x7 operational requirements, including shift work and on-call support when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Broadcast Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Networking, OTT, or related technical environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Able to work on 12-hour rotational shifts and irregular hours when required.
