Role Summary

The Lifecycle Operations Manager is responsible for driving user lifecycle performance across lending products through data-driven operations, user segmentation, retention strategies, and cross-product collaboration.

This role focuses primarily on maximizing the value of existing users, improving retention, re-borrowing, engagement, and lifecycle conversion across the Quantix lending ecosystem, including products such as CashNow, SNPL, and Easy Cash.

The role will also support cross-product user growth initiatives and ecosystem traffic collaboration (e.g., BOTIM ecosystem traffic and internal cross-sell opportunities), while paid acquisition and advertising performance will remain primarily owned by the Growth team.


Responsibilities

1. User Lifecycle Operations & Retention

  • Develop and optimize lifecycle strategies to improve user activation, retention, re-borrowing, and long-term user value (LTV).

  • Design operational strategies for onboarding, repayment engagement, repeat borrowing, and user reactivation.

  • Improve user engagement and reduce churn through targeted operational initiatives and personalized communication strategies.

2. User Segmentation & Targeted Operations

  • Design and maintain user segmentation frameworks based on lifecycle stage, behavior, engagement level, and risk profile.

  • Translate segmentation insights into operational strategies for different user groups.

  • Collaborate with Risk, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to deliver targeted lifecycle operations and communication strategies.

3. Cross-product Growth & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Drive cross-sell and user migration strategies across Quantix lending products, including CashNow, SNPL, and Easy Cash.

  • Identify opportunities to improve user conversion between products based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.

  • Collaborate with BOTIM ecosystem teams to explore ecosystem-based traffic and lending growth opportunities.

4. Funnel Optimization & User Experience Improvement

  • Analyze user journeys and identify operational or product friction points impacting lifecycle conversion and re-borrowing.

  • Work with Product and Tech teams to optimize key user flows and improve conversion across lending funnels.

  • Support A/B testing initiatives related to retention, lifecycle conversion, and user engagement.

5. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as retention rate, re-borrowing rate, lifecycle conversion, user engagement, and LTV.

  • Build dashboards and cohort analysis frameworks to track user performance across different segments and products.

  • Translate business targets into actionable operational initiatives and measurable experiments.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Coordinate across Product, Risk, Marketing, Data, Tech, and Customer Service teams.

  • Drive execution of lifecycle operation and cross-product growth initiatives to ensure measurable business impact.


Requirements

4–6 years of experience in user operations, lifecycle operations, growth operations, product operations, or related roles.

  • Experience in fintech, lending, consumer internet, or ecosystem-based products is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical capability (SQL required; Python is a plus).

  • Hands-on experience in lifecycle management, retention operations, cohort analysis, and segmentation strategies.

  • Understanding of lending-related user behavior and operational metrics.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

  • Business-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution capability.
