About this role
The position was primarily established to support Asso’s R&D Team. The R&D Research Specialist position focuses on scientific investigation, data collection, and the optimization of methodologies to support the development of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Database Registration:
- Recording systems in a structured database, including the creation of a comprehensive dataset of all competitor excavation systems as well as systems relevant to our field of work.
Data Analysis:
- Interpreting experimental results and applying statistical methods to support decision‑making.
Technical Documentation:
- Preparing technical reports and maintaining detailed records of experimental procedures and outcomes.
Trend Research:
- Conducting continuous review of relevant scientific publications and research findings, as well as monitoring emerging raw materials and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industrial or technical environment.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
- Knowledge of data analysis methods, statistical techniques, and industrial standards/regulations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with very good command of the English language.
