About the Role:
Assisting Hands of North County is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Oceanside, CA! We have openings for both AM and PM shifts, giving you the flexibility to find a schedule that works for you. If you have a passion for helping others and making a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders
- Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work AM and/or PM shifts with a consistent schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
