About the Role

We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator to support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, rostering, payroll administration, and employee records for projects in Papua New Guinea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workforce requirements, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and mobilization.
  • Maintain staff rosters, attendance records, timesheets, and workforce schedules.
  • Coordinate credentialing, work permits, visas, medical registrations, and deployment documentation.
  • Coordinate travel, uniforms, PPE, and staff mobilization requirements.
  • Track vacancies, roster gaps, workforce movements, and credentialing status.
  • Provide accurate workforce information and payroll inputs to HR, Finance, Operations, and project teams.
  • Maintain confidential employee and workforce records in HR, payroll, rostering, and document-control systems.
  • Support employee offboarding, exit processes, redeployment, and workforce debriefing.
  • Identify and escalate workforce, compliance, documentation, and deployment risks.
Requirements
  • Experience in workforce coordination, rostering, recruitment administration, HR administration, payroll support, or project mobilization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information and maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of PNG employment, immigration, work permits, onboarding, or credentialing processes, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Project Managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR, payroll, rostering, document-control, or ERP systems is desirable.
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Workforce Planning, Project Administration, or a related field is desirable.
