About this role
The Aesthetician performs chemical peels, facials, and other spa services as required.
Responsibilities:
- Performs professional skin care treatments which include but not limited to facials and chemical peels.
- Responds to inquiries, offers information on products and services, and resolves guest service issues in a timely and friendly manner.
- Answers phone calls and schedules appointments according to office guidelines.
- Assembles and maintains patient spa records as required by federal, state, and spa regulations.
- Verifies insurance coverage and obtains authorizations to support billing to third-party payers.
- Conducts all functions associated with patient check-out including pricing services, collecting payment and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Balances cash receipts daily and turns in cash and receipt report to the Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
